Subversion1.4.3 on winxp

When I setup Subersion1.4.3 on C:\ and create a repository on C:\, I can create a Windows service and start it as described in ¡§windows-service.txt¡¨
If I setup Subersion1.4.3 on E:\ and create a repository on E:\, I can create a Windows service but CAN NOT start it.
A message is prompted like ¡§Could not start the xxx service on Local Computer Error5 Access is denied¡¨
Dose anyone know how to solve this problem?
