missing revision files

Sorry for my poor english. I need help. Thank you for reading my mail.

I was using fsfs filesystem. Some days ago, server's HDD crashed.
Fortunately most files are alive but svn repository is not working well.

Because a few files in "db/revs" and "db/revprops" directory was gone, some
subdirectories in repository are working(I can checkout, commit and show log
using TortoiseSVN.) but others are not working.

I want to dump working subdirectories, but "svnadmin dump" does not work
because repository is not valid.

Is there the way to dump a subdirectory in repository?
