browsing from IE7

I've setup an Apache server (on Windows 2003 server) using SSL and
authentication against a windows domain. I've setup a separate <Location
/path> directive in the apache config file with "SSPIBasicPreferred On" so
I can browse the repository from Internet Explorer. This works fine with
IE before version 7, but with IE7 I just get 'Internet Explorer cannot
display the webpage'.

How do I browse a subversion repository using IE7? I'm running subversion
1.3.2.
