Unfortunately it doesn't apply to working copies, only exports. I
won't debate the usefulness of it -- I gave one use case and I'm sure
there are others, but yes I realize its a small piece of
functionality. It certainly wouldn't qualify for me in the category
"What do you Hate about Subversion" in any meaningful way.
