ANTENEWS for Subversion Users Returning to CVS?

Does anyone know of an ANTENEWS document (like the one in an emacs
distribution) that would describe what features/capabilities someone
who has been using Subversion for a long time should consider when
needing to use CVS again?

At my spiffy new job, it's necessary for me to use CVS again, for
reasons that just cannot be gotten around. Someone mentioned "sticky
tags" to me the other day, and I wanted to punch myself in the head.
I had blissfully forgotten about such matters, but cold reality
crashed in on me.

Any key suggestions for things I should keep in mind?
