Well, cscript *is* in your path, so you should be ok with that. Are
you supplying the full path to the wsf file? Is it on a local drive,
or a network share?

Have you tried running a "bare" WSF script? i.e. just a plain .js
or .vbs file w/o the WSF XML decoration?
