You should send to users@subclipse.tigris.org and we can deal with it
there. Include the Subclipse version and whether you are using JavaHL
or JavaSVN/SVNKit as your client interface.

The latest Subclipse versions are 1.1.9 and 1.0.4. Some older
versions had this problem if you were using JavaSVN/SVNKit and a SVN
1.4 server. It can also happen when using svn+ssh if the server gives
an unexpected response, so if that is what you are using be sure to
say so. The client OS would also be helpful.

The JavaHL client interface should work if the command line works as
it is the same core code.
