Which URL scheme is unrecognized? If http or https, then you have not
built your Subversion against the Neon library. Get Neon, build it,
then build Subversion against it. In fact, I think the subversion-
deps package includes Neon, so download the Subversion source and
decompress it, download the subversion-deps package and decompress it
on top of the Subversion source, then you should have neon. Then build.

"svn --version" will tell you what URL schemes your Subversion supports.
