Re: [build] check-swig-pl fails

Well,

I have been able to fix the issue myself:
I have to use --enable-shared at the top configure level, whereas I
relied on it being set by default.
When relying on the default, neon get configured with --disable-shared,
and don't understand why. (It's done on purpose in configure)
