authorization failed SP2 trouble?

Hi Guys,

we use Subversion 1.4.0 and Tortoise SVN 1.4.0. the server is set up on a
windows 2003 server. All of us use windows XP on their PCs, but only one
has Service Pack 2. This PC can't commit. Hes able to checkout but he
won't commit. When TortoiseSVN was Version 1.3.x there was no Error
Message, since updating there's: "authorization failed".

Any ideas?
