Windows: svn and stored password question

Hi.

On my windows machine my svn command line client seems to use the
username/password which is stored in my internet explorer settings to
authenticat against the server (using https). Since the password is wrong i
get a 403. If i specify a new username and password with the --username and
--password option, then these are ignored. On the serverlogs there occures
the old username from the IE-Store.
It seems that always the stored username/password from the Internet explorer
will be used.

If i delete the stored passwords in the IE-Control Panel, then subversion
asks me for a username/password combo.

Is this a bug or a feature? :)

Greetings
Thimo Seitz
