Question on Dump file load/import into project

Hello

I have a dump file created which contains /branches, /tags and /trunk
project structure and I have a new repository also set up. I want to
import only the tags directory from the dump file into a specific path
in my new repository, how do I go about doing that? is this possible? I
do not want the whole dump file loaded into my repository, only specific
folders. Basically a way to extract certain paths/ structure from the
dump file

Any help would be appreciated.
