svn -insurrection-http access

hi....

trying to setup insurrection to play with svn repos...

i'm trying to figure out if i need an actual http dir for the insurrection
files, and where the insurrection.xml file should go, and how/what should be
modified in the httpd.conf to make all this work!

i've been looking through various sites on the net.

thoughts/comments/etc are welcome
