svn:externals recursion

Hi Everybody,
i'm trying to use svn:external to link from one "Folder2" to another in the same repository ("Folder1"):
>svn propget svn:externals Folder2
"Folder1" and "Folder2" are both directories located in "trunk". "Folder1" contains "file1.txt" and "Folder3". On updating the following lines are printed on the console:
Hole externen Verweis nach 'Folder2\Folder1'
Hole externen Verweis nach 'Folder2\Folder1\Folder2\Folder1'
Hole externen Verweis nach 'Folder2\Folder1\Folder2\Folder1\Folder2\Folder1'
... and so on...
I'm using SVN 1.4, the shown behavior can be seen with TortioseSVN, too. Have I set the property svn:externals in a wrong way or is this a bug in SVN?
Thanks,
Christopher
