Hello Ryan,

This information helps me.

The "ln" solution don't work for me because I'm a unhappy windows user.

My true problem is dumb network administrators. This can't be solved by SVN.
Will try to find a workaround here.

I think the "svn:internals" or relative path support for svn:externals is a
great feature for future SVN versions.
