I think what he's saying is he's running an Ant task that requires both svn and rsync, and rsync is installed on Windows as part of Cygwin. In case you're not familiar with Cygwin it is its own shell, not the standard Windows command line. Cygwin programs cannot be run from the Windows command line. Unless there's another easy way to install and use rsync on Windows Jamie is SOL. Although that bug should be an easy fix, until then Cygwin's svn client is essentially unusable so this is a valid complaint. Are there any work arounds?

I don't follow the last paragraph. Why not use Cygwin rsync and a
native Windows client in the task?
