0. Read the Subversion book, see the homepage.
1. Install Subversion. There are hundreds of ways, but try using a packaged
and tested version preferably (IMHO).
2. Sourceforge already provides you with a repository (I think, otherwise you
need to create it), so you need its URL first. You should also create a local
repository to test things first, it will come convenient.
3. If you want, and that hasn't been done for you yet, create the
tags/banches/trunk dirs. See the book for info about them.
4. Import your files to subversion as described in the book.

Hmmm, in fact there is not much more to say than "Read the book!", pretty much
everything is explained there.
