getting started

I have the following:
1. A Powerbook G4 running Mac OS X 10.4.7;
2. A sourceforge project (Modcat);
3. A set of files for the Modcap Emulator, written in C and Objective-C;
4. A set of Modcap source files for the Modcap Compiler.

I want to upload 3 & 4 to 2, and set things up using Subversion for
version control on this.

Can anyone give me (or point me to) SPECIFIC directions for doing that?
