Apache SVN setup issue

I have setup the Apache 2.2 server (Windows 2003 server) for SVN
according to the documentation but cannot get the Apache service to
start. The first error I get in the event viewer is...

The Apache service named reported the following error:

>>> httpd.exe: Syntax error on line 115 of E:/Program Files/Apache
Software Foundation/Apache2.2/conf/httpd.conf: API module structure
`dav_svn_module' in file E:/Program Files/Apache Software
Foundation/Apache2.2/modules/mod_dav_svn.so is garbled - perhaps t .

The 2nd message is ..

The Apache service named reported the following error:

>>> his is not an Apache module DSO? .

Suggestions I have tried that have made no difference in the result
are...

1) Added apache/bin and SVN/bin paths to the global path
(rebooted)

2) Copied Subversion dlls to the apache/bin folder

3) Changed the service account that starts Apache to non-local
account with admin rights

4) Made sure the mod_dav_svn.so had all dependencies resolved
through with dependency walker.

5) Tried another mod_dav_svn.so

There was no change in error through all of these.
