I've just posted a new version of fsfsverify that attempts to fix this sort of corruption in the svndiff stream. It's rather untested (I only have 1 rev file corrupted in this way, so it's hard to tell if it will work for everyone).

You run it in exactly the same way as you do the 'read length line error'. I'll update the contents of the page to cover the svndiff issue, as soon as I get a little more free time.
