No. While I can understand that the situation is annoying for you, I actually don't understand that you CC everyone on this list. It just adds unnessesary noise and will neither help you nor make anyone feel sympathetic - it's more like taking all readers of this list hostage because the listadmin program does not seem to work for you. I'm even less sympathetic to your cause as from my email account subscribing as well as unsubscribing works perfectly well (it's a bit slow, but that's nitpicking).
Please direct your anger to the list admin. There was a mail on the list where some nice person removed someone manually from the list and perhaps he'd be willing to help you out as well, but as you are taking my mail account hostage to pursue your goal I'm not willing to search that mail for you - but I'm shure the archives are at your disposal. There have been a couple of reports lately and possible causes have been named, among them spam filters that filter out the nessesary confirmation mail, these mails should be in the archive as well. Otherwise the site FAQ on http://subversion.tigris.org names a mail address where "all questions and comments" should be directed.
