I tried that, didn't work. On FC2, "yum update subversion" only upgrades
from 1.0.2 to 1.0.9, and on FC3 it only upgrades to 1.1.4.

So far I haven't found any RPMs that go up to 1.3.2. Dag Wieers' downloads
page only seems to go up to 1.2.1.

So, as best I can tell, the only thing I can do is install from the
tarball, unless there is something there I missed (no big surprise there...).
