SVN Import Issue

Hi:

I am constantly running into the import issue below while creating a new
repository on an existing SVN server.

What I have done till now:

1) Setup Apache authorization realm

2) Created repository as 'root'

3) Trying to import a folder file structure and running into issues
shown below:

[root@cvs MTG]# /usr/local/subversion/bin/svn import -m "Test import of
MTG" /home/sraghunath/temp/MTG http://svn.adt.adprofile.net:81/svn/MTG

Authentication realm: <http://svn.adt.adprofile.net:81> Subversion
repository

Password for 'slack':

Authentication realm: <http://svn.adt.adprofile.net:81> Subversion
repository

Username: sraghunath

Password for 'sraghunath':

Authentication realm: <http://svn.adt.adprofile.net:81> Subversion
repository

Username: sraghunath

Password for 'sraghunath':

svn: PROPFIND request failed on '/svn/MTG'

svn: PROPFIND of '/svn/MTG': authorization failed
(http://svn.adt.adprofile.net:81)

Am I missing anything in between? Do I need to restart SVN server after
the authorization realm was created?

Please advise.
