OK, just so I understand - this server was working perfectly for 6
months, and then at the end of May started flaking out? Did you make
any changes to the server around that time?

Based upon what, exactly? If you haven't changed the software or
configuration since it all worked, then it should keep working -
there's no time-bomb in the code.
