RE: How to restore from hotcopy

I've been able to just drop my hotcopy into the location of the old
repository, startup the svnserve process and it worked just fine. If you
updated the db backend, then there are some steps that you can find on
the subversion website on what to do about getting an upgraded db ready
for a newer version of subversion.
