AW: SuSE Linux Enterprise Server rpm packages?

Hi Marco,

there is a big box with red letters on yellow ground on the download page with the following text:

"The Subversion project does not officially endorse or maintain any binary packages of the Subversion software. However, volunteers have created binary packages for different distributions and platforms, and as a convenience, we maintain a list of links to them here. [...]

NOTE: Binary packages usually come out about a week after the corresponding source release. Please don't post to the mailing lists asking when a binary package for a given platform will be ready. The packagers already know when new source releases come out, and work as fast as they can to make binaries available."

Please stick to that or do at least a search on the mailing list archives as this topic comes up with pretty much *every* release (that's why there is the box on the download page).

So, if the person who usually produces the SLES9 RPMs did not manage to package them, most probably there will be none - unless YOU (or anyone else) volunteers.
