It looks like you are on the wrong mailinglist. Svnant is part of the subclipse project at tigris -> http://subclipse.tigris.org/svnant.html

As stated on that site, they use the javahl interface if installed, else they use _experimental_ svn commandline support.

Suggestion: Try installing javahl, if this doesn't solve your problem ask on the subclipse mailinglist (listed on the above link).
