Um... I thought I had remembered someone on this list saying such a
thing existed. But I don't use Windows so I have no idea. :-)

Case-sensitive filesystems available for Mac OS X include UFS and Mac
OS Extended (Case Sensitive). The default filesystem on Mac OS X is
Mac OS Extended (the original non-case-sensitive one).
