My TSVN install has both diff and merge scripts for DOC and SXW.
What's really odd to me is that the Word one is JScript, and OO.o is
VBScript.

I've only used the DOC diff one a couple times, but wasn't overly
impressed as I recall. The failing is with Word though, not (T)SVN or
the script.
