I think everything necessary to do that is explained in the subversion
book. You should read at least chapters 2 to 4 and chapter 6 for the
apache stuff.

Putting the whole thing under ssl is just a matter of defining it in the
"right" virtual host part.

If you have specific problems, please describe them in more detail with
exact error messages you get and steps to reproduce.
