http://svnbook.red-bean.com/ . It explains how you can direct error
corrections/additions/deletions to the appropriate parties. Please be
sure to indicate what page of the book has the issue.

# is known as both "hash" and "pound" (I've also heard "splat"), and I
believe the official name is "octothorpe"
