Yes we do, for now.

We store the authz file in a private area of our repository, and commit
changes to that file. That file gets exported to the production server. Not
an ideal situation, but it's not terrible either.
When we upgrade to 1.3.2, we'll include the tool svnauthz-validate
(tools/server-side) in the process, to reduce the effect of typos.
