Strange svn move behaviour

Hello all,

I've noticed a strange behaviour in the the svn move command.
If I add a directory and move a certain existent directory into the
newly added one, the operation successes but the svn status command
shows that there are some files, in the new directory, to be deleted!
The output is something like this:

D + new_directory/file_to_be_deleted

It doesn't make sense: the directory has been just added!
Moreover, the very strange thing is that the file to be deleted
doesn't exist even in the old, moved, directory! I've already deleted
it weeks ago!

I'm going crazy.

I use Subversion 1.2.3.
I hope someone could help.

Thanks,
Regards,

Sergio B.
