Subversion File Checkout Error

Hi All,

For doing checkout from a file from repository through SmartTortoise client
tool, following is the error

Error: URL 'http://XXXXXX:8000/svnrepos/Testing/trunk/rep/help.conf' refers
to a file, not a directory

Could you please help for making checkout this file for modification.
