Ah ok - I was just in the middle of writing a longer explanation of
how to do this on windows, since if you were using that my reply would
have been particularly cruel - its a pain to set on that platform.

So... in that case, look inside mailer.conf.example (should be next to
mailer.py in your distribution). Its got quite lengthy comments, but
they're more 'what this option does is...' rather than a 'how to'. If
you find them daunting, the segetech integration doc really is the
thing you need, despite being for a different mailer - it's in how-to
form and the documentation that comes with svnmailer is reasonably
good.
