Pb with error when switching

Hello users,

 I switch a version to an other and had forget that i previously hade
 (por test purposes) had create a directory present in the new
 version.

 So got en error saying thet the new directory allready exists and the
 switch stop.

 No matter what i do after, retry the switch or do a "svn up" (after
 deleting the dir and making a clean up) I got errors on other
 directories.

 Not the first time i had a hard time correcting a switch error.

 This time i have done a new check out, copy the local information
 from the old working path. But it can lead to errors.

 So what am i doing wrong? And how can i correct this type of errors?
