zlib.dsp corrupted

Hi,
  My apologies if this is the wrong place to ask such a question.
  I am trying to build subversion 1.3.1 in Visual C++ .NET 2003. I am
getting the error that "zlib.dsp has been corrupted and cannot be
opened." What can I do about this? Thanks.
