svn_load_dirs.pl missing? (Suse Linux 10.0)

I have been struggling with this for a few hours - I can't seem to
find the svn_load_dirs.pl
script on my system.

I installed the latests svn ditributions from on SuSE Linux 10.0:

subversion 1.3.0-1.1.20060120
subversion perl 1.3.0-1.1.20060120
subversion python 1.3.0-1.1.20060120
subversion tools 1.3.0-1.1.20060120

/usr/share/subversion contains a tools directory, but does not have
the svn_load_dirs.pl script.

What am I missing here?
