Secure Pages in Subversion

Hi,

I'm using Subversion 1.3 on Apche 2.54. When I'm the pages on Server, It
always ask for User Id and Password, but It never ask the same at client
side. I want to make it so that this should ask for User Id and Password.
Do I've mistaken somewhere or missed something. Please let me know...if
any suggestion.
