hi, just a followup note...
I am pretty sure that this problem I reported was actually user error on my
part.
The ID numbers I was using weren't as unique as I thought they were...
I've now fixed my bug and I think the MKCOL error will stop happening. If I
see it happen again and can't explain it, I will investigate further.
