Authorization with svn+ssh failed

Hi,
I am using the latest version of subversion. If I
don’t use authorization, then accessing the
repositories works fine with
svn+ssh://user@mysite/repository_name.

But when I try to enable authorization by uncommenting
the authz-db line in the 'svnserve.conf' file and has
following entry in the authz file (my repository is in
/var/local)

[repository:/var/local/repository_name]
user = rw

I get 'authorization failed' error while accessing the
repository.

Could anyone please help me?

Thanks in advance.
Suraiya
