That's not necessary. Our team currently has 3 different repositories
and they all share the same scripts and authorization files.

repos are in:

/usr/local/svn/repo1
/usr/local/svn/repo2
/usr/local/svn/repo3

scripts are in:
/usr/local/svn/scripts

auth files are in:
/usr/local/svn/.htaccess
/usr/local/svn/.htpasswd
