Simple Question, go back revision

I am playing with subversion, and I have created a trunk in which I have
been updating come simple files. When I checked out from the repository,
all files were at revision14. I modified a file called index.html and
committed, updated, and now it is at revision15. Then I updated it and
commited the index.html again and so now it is at revision16.

Now the million dollar question. I hated what I did with revision 16
and want to bring back revision 15 of just that file. Can that be done,
and if so how? Lets say for grins that there are two files that are
marked at revision15, but I only want the index.html file. And lets say
not the frameset.jsp that is also at 15.

Thanks,

Scott
