Thanks for the reference. 4 of our company managers (including myself) are
currently reading this book. I haven't yet seen the topic I addressed with
this thread (private vs public development lists), and have looked for a
reference.

In any case, this book is an invaluable one for our efforts; it's a
centerpiece reference for our collaboration-system development. If we ever
meet Karl somewhere (like an open-source or SCM conference), we'll
definitely be offering to take him out to dinner if he's interested. :)

I've talked with Karl a time of two offline from the list, too, for
whatever that's worth.
