Win32 ruby bindings

Hello,

Been trying for weeks build subversion on win32 (xp) using net 2003.
all without success. I don't have access to msvc6 to build it as
suggested many times on the list.

Even tried the mingw! that took a huge amount of time... all without success.

There is no plan to officially release the ruby bindings for
subversion? all I see on the download area are for perl and python,
but no for the fresh ruby binding?

Suggested versions to build binds against are 1.8.2 and 1.8.4
