scaling strategies for svnserve

Hi All,

What are the methods available to make SVN scale to very high numbers of
concurrent users?
Is svnserve multi-threaded - can it take advantage of big multi-processor
servers?
Can svnserve run as a cluster?

Any recommendations is really appreciated.
