svn diff special formatting

This is in regard to the format that svn diff creates, with or
without using an external diff program (though a more complex script
should fix the issue). Instead of creating diff that are for 'patch -
p0' it would be very helpful to obtain diffs that are for 'patch -
p1'. I found two similar questions in the archives but neither had
solutions and both were old. I thought i'd ping the list again to
find out if any idea of surfaced.
