FSFS - Malformed representation header

Dear all,

It seems I've encountered a serve failure using FSFS repo backend.
If I try to checkout/update/export of from the repository it says:

svn: REPORT request failed on '/wih-pmo/!svn/vcc/default'

svn: REPORT of '/wih-pmo/!svn/vcc/default': Could not read chunk
delimiter: Secure connection truncated (https://svnbud.epam.com)

If I try to use svnadmin dump/verify it says:

* Dumped revision 663.
svnadmin: Malformed representation header

Has anyone encountered something like this or have a clue why does it
happen?
