Documentation for python bindings

Where are the python bindings for subversion documented? For example, I
wanted to find documentaion for svn.fs.FileDiff, but a recursive search
for "FileDiff" throughout the subversion-1.3.0 distribution did not
reveal any documentation.

If its undocumented, then can anybody tell me how to use Python to
get the equivalent of the output from "svn diff"? The invocation of
svn.fs.FileDiff from mailer.py prints only content differences, not
property differences, but I want both.
