Subversion download link for Windows broken

Hi,

I have been trying to download the subversion binary version for Windows
from your website. And the link keeps complaining that it's broken. I've
enabled cookies and allowed java script on my browser (Firefox). It said it
couldn't redirect me to the link properly.

Can you please fix it?
